We’re proud to offer local pickup at our shop. To ensure accuracy and quality, all local pickup orders must be placed online first.

How Local Pickup Works

Many of our tools are finished, handled, or assembled after purchase. Some items — including tools with fiberglass handles — require additional processing time before they’re ready for pickup.

  • Same-day pickup is not guaranteed and must be confirmed
  • Some orders may require up to 24 hours to complete
  • You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup
  • Please wait for your pickup confirmation email before coming to the shop
  • When you arrive, follow the posted signs to Pickup & Receiving at the corner of the building
Important: Tools are not available for walk-in purchase. Ordering online ensures we can prep your exact item(s) correctly.

Pickup Location: Local pickup orders are released through our Pickup & Receiving area. Please follow onsite signage to the pickup door.

Where to Go

After you receive your “Ready for Pickup” email, please follow the posted signs to Pickup & Receiving at the corner of the building. This helps us keep orders organized and get you in and out quickly.

If you need an item quickly, place your order early and watch for the pickup confirmation email.
