Shipping policy
Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 business day from our facility in Wheeling, West Virginia. During periods of high demand or when items are on backorder, processing may take longer. You’ll receive tracking information by email as soon as your order ships.
Please note that some of our merchandise items (such as t-shirts and apparel) are fulfilled from a separate location and may arrive in a separate shipment.
Shipping Methods
We ship using UPS, USPS, and FedEx.
In most cases, you can select your preferred carrier at checkout. Some products ship using flat-rate options, in which case Warwood Tool will select the most cost-effective carrier.
For large orders exceeding 500 lbs, we may contact you to arrange freight or pallet shipping.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions on certain items. If your order contains both free-shipping and standard-shipping items, the shipping cost will be calculated only for the items that are not included in the free-shipping offer.
Shipping Protection
We offer Guide Shipping Protection for a low cost at checkout. This optional protection covers loss, damage, or theft.
If you purchased Guide, you can file a claim at warwoodtool.com/claim.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or damaged and you purchased Guide protection, please visit warwoodtool.com/claim to start your claim.
If you did not purchase Guide, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you’re unable to resolve the issue with the carrier, reach out to us at info@warwoodtool.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Local Pickup
Customers may choose local pickup at checkout.

Pickup Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM (ET)
Closed on federal holidays.
You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.
International Shipping
At this time, Warwood Tool does not ship internationally for online orders, including Canada and Mexico.
