The ultimate digging tool for rocky, compacted, or rootbound soil, hardpan, or even concrete, the time-honored San Angelo Digging Bar features a narrow pencil point at one end to concentrate the force generated by the tool’s considerable heft into a single, pea-sized spot, punching through even the toughest of substrates. At the other end, a compact, stout chisel blade cuts, pries, and breaks up what’s left.
Available in three different sizes for a variety of applications and users, the San Angelo Digging Bar is drop forged from premium, high-carbon, U.S. steel by skilled American labor in our West Virginia shop — the same we’ve made the nation’s toughest tools for more than 165 years.
