Originally designed to scrape old paint, varnish and other coatings, as well as barnacles and other marine growth from ships’ bottoms, this lightweight, flattened bar combines a fine scraping edge bent at 90 degrees at one end with a thicker, tougher chisel/scraper at the other.
Still in wide use today at boatyards and shipyards, it has also proven useful for many other scraping, prying and light demo jobs around construction sites, shops and home garages. Made in the USA since 1854, Warwood tools are drop-forged with pride in our West Virginia shop from premium U.S. steel by hardworking Americans.
