Team 7 Tomahawk - Andy Alm & Ryan Brueck

Andy and Ryan met for the first time at the plant in Wheeling. They strategized on the style of their hawk and got to work quickly. Ryan Brueck runs Gnome Hammer Forge where he produces a variety of hammers, and as such, he was able to quickly punch the eye and form the poll into a hammer. Andy Alm is a blacksmith known for his ability to make dozens of unique variations of knives from railroad spikes. He put this skill to work as he forged out the blade and then carved the handle. They polished the head of the hawk and then lightly bathed it in acid to achieve a distressed and aged look.
